Return policy

We apply a return policy of 14 days. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.

During the reflection period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be disassembled or used to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. For example, the product may not be painted or processed into other goods. The basic principle is that consumers may only handle and inspect products as they would in a physical store.

The right of return expires as soon as the consumer changes the condition of the product in any way. Therefore, please check before making any changes to the product whether you have received the correct item.

As long as the item has not been altered, we have no problem exchanging it and sending you the correct product.

If the returned goods arrive damaged in our possession, we reserve the right to claim a reduction in value. You will be notified of this beforehand.

The consumer is solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling the product in a manner other than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as well as for any damage caused during the return process (packaging and shipping).

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@binaparts.eu. Please make sure to include your order number. Note that returns must be sent to the following address:
Rederijkersstraat 46, Bus 5, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium.
This is not the customer’s address.

If your return is accepted, please download the withdrawal form. Carefully read the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Belgium, your shipment may take longer than expected. The product will be sent back to you in its original packaging in the same way as you received it.

Do not remove stickers that provide us with additional information about the product, such as barcodes and product descriptions. For further processing of the return, it is important that we can link the package to you.

Return Costs

The costs and responsibility for returns are borne by the customer.

Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number.

If the item arrives in good condition within the agreed period:
The purchase price of the product plus the shipping costs for delivering the goods to the customer will be refunded. The money will be credited to your bank account within 14 calendar days.
