Return Policy

We apply a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Inspection upon receipt

We kindly ask you to inspect the item immediately after receipt to ensure that it is correct and free from visible damage. This inspection is important before any use or modification of the product.

Withdrawal period and use

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked, assembled or used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, as would be possible in a physical store.

The product may not be modified, altered or adapted in any way (for example: drilling, cutting, painting or any other permanent modification).

The right of withdrawal expires once the condition of the product has been changed or if the product has been damaged.

Exchange

As long as the item is unmodified and undamaged, we are happy to exchange it and supply the correct product.

Damaged returns and depreciation

If returned goods arrive damaged or not in their original condition, we reserve the right to:

• refuse the return, or

• apply a deduction for depreciation.

The customer will always be informed of this in advance.

The consumer is solely responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, as well as for any damage occurring during the return process (packaging and shipping).

Return procedure

To initiate a return request, please first contact us by email at info@binaparts.eu, always stating your order number.

After approval of your return request, you will receive the necessary return instructions by email. Withdrawal can be exercised by means of a clear statement by email, mentioning the order number.

Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same manner as it was received. Please do not remove any stickers, barcodes or product labels, as this is required to correctly link the return to your order.

Return costs

The costs and responsibility for return shipments are borne by the customer.

Optional return label
If desired, we can provide a return label. This is an optional service intended to simplify the return process. The cost of the return label will be communicated to you in advance and will only be deducted from the refundable amount after your approval.

The use of this return label is not mandatory. The customer remains responsible for proper packaging and for any damage that occurs during return transport.

Always keep the shipping receipt and tracking number.

Refund

If the item is received within the agreed period and in good condition, the purchase price of the product, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 calendar days using the original payment method.
